Leddy Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our client’s busy, family owned business in Rutland, VT 05701.  This position directly supports the Office Manager, so the ideal candidate will be responsible, reliable, and able to hit the ground running with a “Make it work” attitude!  The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position. Experience in basic Accounting functions are a must! This position offers tons of opportunity to enhance fluid and effective business management skills.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

Support Basic Office Functions.
Fielding telephone calls.
Assisting Clients with questions.
Cash Management.
A/P and A/R functions.
Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:

Strong computer experience and knowledge.
Basic Accounting & A/P experience is a must!
Responsible and reliable self-starter.
Strong Customer Service skills.
