MUST LOVE DOGS.. and Customer Service!!  Leddy Group is seeking a confident, outgoing, people person to join our client’s growing Sales team as a Customer Service/Sales Associate.
This dog-friendly environment offers full-time hours and commission upon completion of training. Saturday availability a MUST.

Responsibilities of Customer Service/Sales Associate:

Go the extra mile to engage customers
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
Advise on company/ product information
Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale
Qualifications of Customer Service/Sales Associate:

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
MUST have computer skills, preferably with cloud-based programs.
Prior Sales/Customer Service experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
This is a first shift, full time, long-term position for the right candidate.
