Leddy Group is seeking an Executive Assistant in Hanover, NH.
White Mountains Capital is a publicly-traded, diversified insurance and financial services holding company located in Hanover, NH. White Mountains is seeking a full time, long-term Executive Assistant to work with its direct investing team.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

Assisting with conference call and meeting arrangements
Coordinating travel and event logistics
Processing expense claims and reports
Copying, binding and/or distributing documents, presentations and reports
Providing light typing and editing support for Word documents and PowerPoint presentations
Receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and answering/routing calls
Maintaining the professional appearance of our office
Sorting/distributing mail and coordinating courier parcels (Fedex, UPS, etc.)
Filing business documents
Assisting in the implementation of operational and administrative initiatives
Requirements of the Executive Assistant:

Highly organized, detail-oriented and professional self-starter with high level of motivation
Assertive and effective communicator with solid language skills (verbal and written)
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Flexibility, eagerness to help, and a willingness to work overtime, as needed (incl. occasional nights and weekends)
Ability to thrive in a small team / office environment while also acting independently
Effective use of discretion and confidentiality when handling situations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Excellent professional references
Excellent critical thinking skills
