PT Administrative Assistant Position
Maple Leaf Children’s Center is looking to hire a part-time Administrative Assistant to take over some of the duties of the Director so that she can teach in the classroom.
Some duties include, but are not limited to: tuition billing, paying bills, checking the mail, depositing checks, running payroll and picking-up checks, organized filing, and responding to emails.
Basic computer skills a must, including knowledge of Google Docs, Excel, Microsoft Word, etc. Strong written and verbal communication skills. You must enjoy working with people and children.
After the training period, much of this position can be done remotely. If staying on-site, the hours can be flexible working a total of 25 hours per week, anytime between the hours of 7:30am-4:30pm. This would be a great position for a parent with children in school as a 9-2 workday could be ideal!
