Sales Operations Analyst

Appcast is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Operations Analyst. This role is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven individual to utilize his or her business acumen and analytical skills to deliver accurate and insightful analysis and recommendations to the sales team

Core Responsibilities and Duties:

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
Create or innovate existing reporting based on business needs
Analyze business trends to identify sales opportunities
Design, create, and update documents and forms used by the sales team for continuous process improvement and consistency
Facilitate month end processes between sales and finance
Work with finance team to constantly be improving processes
Analyze variances between actual performance versus budgeted and prior year

Education, Experience and Skills:

A Bachelor’s degree or Post-Secondary Diploma
3-5 Years of experience in a sales or finance operations role
1+ years of experience working with Salesforce
Familiarity with modern market research techniques
You are a detail-oriented, metrics-driven professional who uses data to work on several projects and strategic initiatives simultaneously
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
Very disciplined, self-starter who can multi-task
