Summer Camp Staff
Montshire Summer Camp Staff is responsible for developing and delivering memorable, science-filled summer camp experiences for children in Preschool to middle school. Each of our camps has its own dedicated staff team comprised of a Camp Director and Camp Educators.
All camp staff work collaboratively to craft and deliver camp programming and ensure the safety of campers. Directors lead daily check-ins with their camp team and are responsible for the majority of parent communications throughout the week. All camp staff are responsible for building relationships with, and providing direct supervision of campers.
Additionally, we hire Extended Care Staff to provide supervised but unstructured play to campers in grades 1–6 from 3–5pm.
Internship Opportunities: Most camp staffing positions can be set up to fulfill internship requirements. Please apply for the positions of most interest and include in your cover letter that you are looking for an internship.
The Montshire values creating and sustaining a science learning environment for everyone, with specific attention to accessibility, inclusion, a culture of building community and engaging in dialogue.
