Twin Pines Housing in White River Junction seeks a SASH Coordinator. SASH®
(Support and Services at Home) is a nationally acclaimed program that
supports the health and well-being of Medicare recipients — typically
adults 65 and older and people with disabilities. The SASH Coordinator build
s trusting relationships with participants and helps them create their own
healthy living plans to ensure they can live safely and happily in their
own homes.
