The Agricultural Innovation teacher at Woodstock Union Middle and High School will work with community partners and other school staff to develop and implement innovative programs and curricula that prepare WUHSMS students to be leaders in problem solving for food and forest systems and climate resilience challenges. This teacher will facilitate project and place-based learning with an emphasis on understanding both local and global issues and then working to address them.

The Windsor Central Portrait of a Graduate includes Stewardship as a key graduation outcome for all students. The team of educators in Windsor Central is focusing on building Stewardship competency through deeper learning for our students. In addition, educators are fostering high-quality student connections, design thinking and project-based learning, welcoming the ideas of standards-based assessment and grading, and embracing continual collegiality with an eye towards improved personal practice. As such, we seek an individual who is enthusiastic, student-centered, collegial, flexible, and innovative.
