Woodstock Area Job Bank

As some of you may have heard, the Job Bank office was closed yesterday. While I was a beautiful day outside, that wasn’t the reason for my absence – Scarlet Fever had hit our home! My son had been sick all weekend and the doctor ordered a quarantine period for him before he could head back to school. What’s a mom to do?

I am fortunate enough to have access to internet at home and am able to “check in” at the office virtually but that doesn’t help the many visitors the Job Bank receives throughout the day. My apologies to those whom I may have missed yesterday. I am back today (and my son in school) feeling great and ready to roll.

While I was out I found the following article online about juggling a job and sick children. I thought it might be of help if you find yourself in this situation.

Think healthy thoughts!
